Schwaiger, Josef: CI The title of the CI series refers, on the one hand, to the simple numerical indication of the number (Roman centum unus) of works in the series, which comprises a total of 101 sheets (all sheets acrylic resin and pigment on paper, 64 x 45 cm). On the other hand, CI also stands for the programmatic orientation inscribed in this series. As a whole, the work block shows ideas and sketches, meaningful illustrations, and exemplary representations of all the essential formal and material identification features that characterize a picture produced by me using painterly means—in short, CI is a broadly rolled out handbook on the corporate identity of my painterly image production. ger., hand screen printing on various types of paper, printed slipcase, 32p, 12.5 x 8.8 inch, Ed. of 200, num., sign., Wien, 2025 Request of availability backnext
