Dimova, Katya: Taraxum officinale
The process of creating my textile books follows a two-stage rhythm: first, the collection of drawings, texts, and thoughts. In this phase, a personal research archive is created in which the plant materializes in lines, words, and observations. Selected fragments are then transferred to the fabric in the form of embroidery—as text or drawings. The textile medium becomes a carrier of memory, knowledge, and time. I consciously work with used fabrics—they store bodies, stories, and connect me to the invisible work of the women who came before me.
